Canada Return Procedure and Conditions


We would like to ensure that you have the best customer experience while visiting shop.diesel.com, so we defined a quick and easy return policy. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item purchased on our store within 30 days from the date the order was placed.

Make sure the items are in the same condition you received them in, with all tags still attached and in their original packaging. Products that belong to the same order must be returned to us at the same time and must be shipped from the delivery country.

Use the pre-paid return shipping label or your own standard return shipping. When we process your return, a fee of C$10.00 will be deducted from your return credit.

You can also ship your return back yourself. If you would like to ship it back yourself, we recommend using an insured, traceable method and cannot be held accountable for lost packages.

Canada Pre-Paid Return Shipping Instructions


For a convenient return of products purchased on shop.diesel.com, use the pre-paid return label available on your original packing documentation. When we process your return, a fee of C$10.00 will be deducted from your return credit. Complete the form on your packing slip and enclose it with the merchandise that you want to return. If you do not include the completed return form, we will be unable to process your return. No postage is required. Just stick the pre-paid return label on the package and drop it at the closest Canada Post location.

 

Once we receive your return, we will issue you a credit in your original form of payment. Please allow 7-14 business days to process your return. Your credit card will show the credit in one to two billing cycles.

 

Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

 

Tracking number is displayed on the pre-paid return label. Keep it to monitor the delivery status.

Canada Return Shipping Instructions

If possible, pack merchandise securely in the original product packaging. All products must be unworn, unused with tags still attached. Items must be returned within 30 days of the order being placed to ensure proper credit. You will need to complete the form available on the original packing slip and include it in the return package. Refunds will be made in the same manner as your original form of payment, less adjustments for shipping and handling.

All return shipping charges must be pre-paid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. For your protection, we recommend that you use a traceable shipping service. Save the shipping receipt with the order tracking number for your records. Only merchandise received by our warehouse can be credited.

Notes:


- We cannot accommodate exchanges at this time
- Vintage, Beachwear, Underwear and any items from sample and charity sales are final. From time to time, we may designate other merchandise as non-returnable, as well. Any such designation will be noted on the product page of non-returnable products.
- Send your return from the same country in which your order was placed. We are not able to accept returns from different countries outside of the United States and Canada.
