Return Procedure and Conditions

We would like to ensure that you have the best customer experience while visiting, so we defined a quick and easy return policy. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) purchased on our site within 30 days from the date the order was placed. Use the pre-paid return shipping label or your own standard return shipping. When we process your return, a fee of C$10.00 will be deducted from your return credit. You can also ship your return back yourself. If you would like to ship it back yourself, we recommend using an insured, traceable method and cannot be held accountable for lost packages.

The product must be returned in new and unused condition with all hang tags attached. All product returns are subject to inspection prior to refunding.

If a product is damaged, missing hangtags or has passed the return policy window, it will be returned to the customer. Items that are final sale will also be returned to the customer. These items are listed below for your convenience.

We are unable to process returns for purchases made in retail stores. These items will also be sent back to the customer. For retail store returns, please bring back to the store in which the purchase was made.

Send your return from the same country in which you placed your order. We are not able to accept returns from different countries.

There are no exchanges available at this time.

Diesel U.S.A., Inc. is an approved CREDITS participant with the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA). By ordering goods from Diesel U.S.A., Inc., you are authorizing Wm L Rutherford Ltd an approved customs broker on CREDITS, to act as an agent, and to transact business with the CBSA, to obtain release of your merchandise, account for duties and taxes, control the return of merchandise to Diesel U.S.A., Inc., and electronically submit refund claims on your behalf. Under CREDITS, understand that the CBSA will send any refund of duties and taxes that were paid on the returned merchandise to the customs broker, and that you will obtain the refund directly from Diesel U.S.A., Inc. Further, you also authorize the customs broker to forward any refund issued by the CBSA in your name to Diesel U.S.A., Inc. so they can be reimbursed.


Final Sale Items

Vintage, Beachwear, Underwear and any items from sample and charity sales are final. From time to time, we may designate other merchandise as non-returnable, as well. Any such designation will be noted on the product page of non-returnable products.



Please send your return from the same country in which you place your order. We are not able to accept returns from different countries.


Standard Return Shipping Instructions

Merchandise returned to will be processed within 7-14 business days of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment and your financial institution may take longer (one to two billing cycles) to reflect the transaction. Please note the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

If you choose your own return shipping method, all return shipping charges must be pre-paid. DIESEL cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. We recommend shipping returned merchandise via UPS for tracking purposes. Please be sure to request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. DIESEL will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled or damaged. Shipping charges for returned item(s) are the client’s responsibility.
