    YES --> Log in and go to Orders, then click on the order you'd like to return
    NO --> Click on "HELP" and then on "CHECK ORDER STATUS", paste your order number and enter your email address to find your order

  3. For every item included in your order, you select RETURN

  4. Check the recap and click on "CONFIRM"


  1. Repackage your item(s) as indicated

  2. Contact Client Services to generate a return label. The label will be provided via email. Simply print and attach it to the original packaging.

  3. Your return will be verified and confirmed within 1-3 business days of when the parcel has been received.

  4. We will send you an email to confirm that the credit has been issued.

We would like to ensure that you have the best experience possible visiting our website, so below we provided quick and easy terms to follow. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item purchased on our online store within 30 days from the date the order was delivered to you.

Please make sure the courier collects your parcel within 30 days from the delivery date.
We will verify and accept your order within 1-3 business days from when we receive your return. We will send you an email to confirm the credit has been issued.

Click here to contact FedEx to arrange a pickup (regardless of the original shipping method and courier). Or bring your parcel to a FedEx location.

In case of defective merchandise, you can start the return procedure also by contacting our client service team.

Please note that refunds will be issued for the cost of the items returned, minus the $10 CAD return fee and the original shipping fee. Our return service fee is nonrefundable and will be deducted from the final return amount.
Please note we can issue the refund only through the original form of payment.
The timing for your refund to reflect in your account will depend on the payment method used when purchasing and on local banking procedures.
We recommend shipping returned items using FedEx, for tracking and insurance purposes.

If you choose to return the package using a different courier or shipping method, all return shipping charges will be at your expense and must be pre-paid by you. Diesel will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled or damaged.

  • The items must be in the same condition in which you received them, with all tags still attached and in their original packaging.

  • Perfumes can only be returned unopened.

  • Items marked Final Sale, such as beachwear and underwear, are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

  • Products from the same order must be returned in a single parcel and must be shipped from the same country where you received them, to avoid extra handling expenses.

  • The return must be sent from the same Country in which you placed your order. We are not able to process returns from different countries.
