Gift Cards

Physical Gift Card

You can purchase the card at any Diesel monobrand store or outlet in the Country/Region. Or you can buy it online on diesel.com and have the card sent to an address of your choice.

Gift cards purchased in store can only be redeemed in Diesel monobrand or outlet stores. Gift cards purchased on diesel.com can only be redeemed on the Diesel website.

Digital Gift Card

Available for purchase only on diesel.com. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of purchase containing the card number and PIN, which are required for using the balance.


Gift Cards can only be used in the Country/Region where they were issued. If the card was purchased online, the Country/region is the location of the shipping address). The card is valid for a period of 5 years from purchase. Please note cards bought in store can only be used in store and cards bought online are only for online use.

Gift cards purchased in Diesel stores can be redeemed in Diesel monobrand or outlet stores. Gift cards purchased online can be redeemed on diesel.com.


To use it online, select "Do you have a Gift Card?" on the payment page during checkout. Enter the card number and PIN.


For in-store purchases, you will be asked for the card number and PIN at the checkout.


The order total will be deducted from the Gift Card balance. If the amount exceeds the available balance on your Gift Card, you can use another payment method to cover the difference.

If you return a product purchased with a Gift Card, the refund will be credited to a new Gift Card. Any amounts paid with another payment method will be credited back to that same payment method.

Faq

You can check the remaining amount at a Diesel store or online on this page, under the "Gift Card Balance" section, by entering your card number and PIN. Registered House of Diesel users will also see the balance in their account.

If you purchased or received a digital Gift Card and can't find the email with the card number and PIN, please contact our Client Service. We'll be happy to assist you.

If your Gift Card balance covers the total amount of your purchase (online or in-store), only the card balance will be used. However, if your purchase exceeds the Gift Card balance, you can choose one of the payment methods accepted by Diesel to cover the difference. It's not possible to use two different Gift Cards for the same order.

If you have multiple Gift Cards, you can combine the amounts and transfer them to a single Gift Card by contacting Client Service. Please have the card numbers and PINs of all the cards on hand.

It is not possible to pay for a single purchase with two separate Gift Cards, even if the total amount is higher than the balance of one of the cards.

If you can't find your physical Gift Card, or suspect someone may have the details of your digital card, please contact our Client Service. The remaining balance can be blocked and transferred to a new Gift Card. Please be aware that any amounts already used, even after the loss of the card, cannot be recovered. Diesel cannot assume responsibility for lost, stolen, damaged, or mismanaged cards.

  • Gift Cards are valid for 5 years from purchase.
  • You cannot use more than one Gift Card for the same order.
  • Gift Cards cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • The Gift Card can only be used for purchases in the same Country/region where it was issued.
  • Diesel reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend Gift Cards and related orders where necessary (e.g. in case of suspected fraud, Gift Cards issued with incorrect details, or other violations of the terms of use).
