Diesel offers flat rate shipping for all orders Canadian addresses. Shipping costs are based on the selected shipping method. If you choose to upgrade your shipping method to Express, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time or your order may not be processed until the following business day.* Your business is important to us, and we make every effort to process your order as quickly as we can. Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order.
*Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. If you ordered multiple items, they may ship in separate boxes with no additional shipping charges. You will receive separate emails with tracking information for each box once shipped. Please note that on occasion, such as during holidays, there may be a slight delay in processing time.

While shopping on ca.diesel.com we only deliver to addresses within Canada.
You may choose the shipping method you prefer. Check shipping times and costs. Remember that the delivery times only include business days. Federal holidays are not considered.*
*Please note that you must choose standard shipping if you enter a shipping address that includes delivery to P.O. Box or to General Delivery/Poste Restante address we will then choose the best shipping option for you as all carriers do not deliver to these location and we cannot offer express shipping.
TRACKING THE DELIVERY
You may track the delivery of your order by using the tracking information sent in your shipping confirmation e-mail that you receive as soon as the order leaves our warehouse located in the United States.
You may check the shipping status of your order on the "Check an order" section of the my account page.
Undelivered packages will be returned to our warehouse and the order amount will be refunded on the original payment method.
If you ordered multiple items, they may ship in separate boxes with no additional shipping charges. You will receive separate emails with tracking information for each box once shipped.
Please note that some of our products may arrive encased in a black poly bag in addition to our standard packaging. This is to ensure certain fabrics' protection from light exposure that may occur when products are in transit.
